Editorial policy
Prime Running Review aims for useful, accurate explanations of running preparation and culture. We separate established information from interpretation, write within the limits of what a general publication can responsibly explain and make corrections when we find an error.
Accuracy and scope
Writers should check names, dates, terminology and factual claims against suitable sources before publication. Where an account is uncertain or interpretations differ, the wording should say so rather than present a guess as settled fact. Articles offer general editorial information, not medical advice or individual training prescriptions.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for their relevance to readers and fit with the publication. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favourable view or control over an article. Relevant interests should be disclosed clearly so readers can understand the context.
Corrections
If a reader spots a possible error, they can contact us with the article title, the passage in question and any useful supporting detail. We review correction requests, amend confirmed mistakes and make the nature of a material correction clear in the article.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid contributions and partner material are labelled so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial work. Illustrations may be AI-generated; when an illustration could be mistaken for a documentary photograph or real event, it should be identified accordingly.
