A close look at the choices behind a well-planned run.
Prime Running Review

Write for us

Prime Running Review welcomes clear, original proposals about recreational running preparation: the choices runners make, the plans they use and the customs that shape a run. We look for a precise idea, a useful reader takeaway and a scope suited to an evergreen article.

What makes a good pitch

Start with the question your piece will answer and explain why a general reader would want the answer. Say what is distinctive about your angle, how you would structure the piece and what sources or experience inform it. Keep claims proportionate and identify any limits, uncertainties or relevant interests.

Topics and approach

We are interested in careful explanations, comparisons, histories, planning ideas and reflections on running culture. Proposals should avoid unsupported performance promises, personalised medical guidance and claims that require readers to follow local rules or seek professional approval.

How to propose a piece

Send proposals through the Contact page, choosing the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short outline, the intended reader and a brief account of your relevant experience or sources. A proposal is not a guarantee of publication; please do not send a finished article unless invited.
